service / repair Toyota automobiles as appointed by Toyota Motor Corporation
for Uganda.
Job Summary: The Toyota
Service Advisor will take charge of interfacing and delivering all
communication with Service Customers.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
  • Efficient & courteous reception of
    customers, clear identification of customer needs, accurate job card
    preparation & data capture.
  • In charge of ensuring a high level of
    Customer Service and keeping Customers informed of the status of their
    repairs.
  • Offer customers with clear feedback
    regarding costs, monitor the work progress & keep customers informed
    of work done, completion times & potential delays.
  • Actively coordinate with workshop
    supervisory team regarding scheduling and completion of required work.
  • Effectively utilize the service
    appointment system to maximize the facility & manpower capacity as
    well as reduce no show rate.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate should possess a
    bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related Course,
  • Two or more years’ technical experience in
    Motor Industry
  • Excellent Communication skills and
    customer-orientation
