five-year Strategic Plan.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidates should have full professional
    accounting qualification i.e. CPA, ACCA or CA up to at least Level
  • At least three or more years’
    post-qualification working
    experience
  • Prior experience in an audit or finance
    environment
  • Significant experience including designing
    and implementing a system of internal and financial controls for an
    organisation, especially around sales, stocks and cash
  • Possess the ability to implement an
    effective Computerized Accounting System (“CAS”)
  • Experience in preparing IFRS compliant financial
    statements
  • Past experience in budget generation and
    management
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Strategy
    and how it relates to Finance
  • Ability to lead a professional team of
    five or more
  • Be a self-starter who can demonstrate
    initiative, creativeness, vertical thinking, and analytical skills
