recruit a highly motivated, results oriented and dynamic professional for the
position above:
Job Summary: The
Production Manager will be responsible for the optimum utilization of plant,
raw materials and people, to produce quality product at minimum cost which
meets customer requirements and complies with legislation.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
  • Maintain safe, healthy and risk free
    working environment
  • Manage human resources relevant to this
    job realm
  • Optimize plant and equipment availability
  • Oversee and manage process performance
  • Coach shift teams and facilitate effective
    team dynamics
  • Translate and implement packaging,
    manufacturing and business strategies
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate must be a holder of a
    Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or any
    other related
  • Five or more years’ working experience in a
    related field with at least two years in a managerial position
  • High degree of personal integrity with
    excellent report writing skills
  • High energy, balanced personality
    self-discipline and drive, conceptualizing and innovative thinking, goal
    orientation and a strong output bias.
  • Highly proactive mindset, self-driven,
    self-starter and with initiative; ability to communicate (verbal and
    written)
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Highly competent in terms of numeracy
  • Must be presentable, good communicator,
    motivated, disciplined and ambitious
