It has also been implementing several environment-friendly technologies in manufacturing processes, significantly enhancing resource conservation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clear assist in the identification of customer needs, service/repair and new product installations for our wide range of equipment including Earth moving and construction machineries.
- Carry out customer operator training and certification.
- Play an advisory role on preventive maintenance to customers.
- Responsible for handling of repair invoices and warranty claims.
- Responsible for maintaining optimal parts inventory.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold an Engineering degree in Mechanical, Hydraulics, Electrical or any other related discipline.
- At least five to seven years’ experience in related industry with a good knowledge of the Uganda market.
- Significant experience in previous multi-nationals would be an added advantage.
- Be a self-starter and self-motivated individual
- Hold an excellent performance track record
- Possess the ability to work in a matrix structure in a highly diversified and cross-border team.
