About CBC:
NFT Consults seeks to recruit for its valuable client, Century Bottling
Company Limited is a Franchise Bottler and distributor of Coca Cola Products in
Uganda. Century Bottling Company therefore seeks to recruit a highly competent
and self-driven Sales and Marketing Manager. The landlocked East African
country, Uganda, is home to the highest mountain range in Africa (the Rwenzoris
or ‘Mountains of the Moon’) and is the source of the mighty Nile. It also has
the world’s highest concentration of primates, including the majestic mountain
gorilla. Uganda is bordered by Kenya, Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the
Congo, Rwanda and Tanzania. Coca-Cola Sabco (CCS) secured Century Bottling
Company Limited (CBC) in 1995.CBC has two plants, one in Mbarara and one in
Namanve, Kampala, which has since set new standards for bottling operations in
Uganda. CBC has 664 employees.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
  • Perform services to assure the safety and
    protection of company property and personnel against loss or damage from
    any preventable cause including fire, theft, embezzlement, damage or
    destruction, trespass, espionage, or sabotage. 
  • Supervise the facility patrols (factory
    premises) and ward off intruders.
  • Investigate source of security breach and
    recommend corrective action.
  • Carry out periodic security risk
    assessment at all company sites & installations.
  • Evaluate incidents and determine course of
    action.
  • Manage and oversee all processes for
    protecting classified, proprietary, and sensitive information.
  • Update and review Standard Operating
    Procedures  to identify gaps or
    deviations and implement corrective action 
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in
    Business related field with Risk management or Security bias or equivalent
    qualification.
  • Additional training in security management
    is an added advantage.
  • A minimum of three years’ investigative
    experience preferably with a security organization with 2 years at
    supervisory level.
  • Possess basic knowledge of criminal and
    civil law.
  • Possess good surveillance, communication
    and reporting skills.
