NUDEIL Project:
Governance, Infrastructure and Livelihoods (NUDEIL) is a program is a USAID
funded pilot program that aims to restore peace and development throughout
Uganda through a combination of economic, financial and infrastructural
activities through the use of a G2G (Government to Government) modality. The
USAID mission in Uganda is currently accepting proposals to conduct a
performance evaluation of the NUDEIL program to assess the overall
effectiveness of this modality in the restoration of peace and developing to
targeted regions in Uganda.

the design of relevant tools, collect data, prepare and participate in the
writing the report.
Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must
hold a good Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree. Project
Management qualification would be an added advantage. - At least ten (10) years
of progressive experience in engineering design and project management of
roads, building and rural water and sanitation - Highly familiar with the
GOU Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets regulations - Good working knowledge of
how the Government of Uganda and Local Government systems is desirable. - Past exposure and
experience working in rural areas
