Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
  • The Tax Specialist will implement
    compensation and benefits scheme according to the market according to the
    Company’s recommendations.
  • Actively participate in compensation and
    benefits surveys
  • Follow up and advise on statutory
    deductions such as tax and social security
  • Compile, prepare monthly, quarterly and
    other required reports on turnover, evolution, costs and budgets
  • Actively coordinate and collect accurate
    information for head count and budgeting purposes.
  
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal Total Compensation & Tax
    Specialist should possess a good Bachelor’s degree in Finance /Accounting
  • Past exposure and experience in Tax,
    benefits and Human Resources administration
  • Past experience in compensation and
    remuneration
  • Comprehensive knowledge of statutory
    deduction requirements and laws
  • Possess the ability to handle confidential
    information and work under pressure
  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal,
    organisational and communication skills
  • Computer literacy skills i.e. proficient
    in IT especially Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word)
