• Fully
  understand the company’s Supplier qualification process, selection method
  & process and be able to lead supplier selection team to accomplish
  procurement strategy, bid process, contract process.
• Supplier
  performance management process and lead project team to do performance
  evaluation, Supplier relationship management, Contract management and hand
  over process.
• Use
  of procurement IT systems to work 
  and handle exceptional procurement process, e.g. self-procurement
  process, customer designated purchase process, variation order handling
  process, etc.
• Be
  familiar with engineering industry benchmark, rules and fluctuation
  trends.
• Use
  all previous process and systems to lead project delivery, in respect of
  planning, resources, tools, materials, etc. Try to find the most
  competitive price or resource to maximize company benefits

• The
  applicant should ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and/or
  related field
• Solid
  understanding of procurement and/or supply chain management processes
• Telecommunications
  background.
• Three
  or more years’ procurement experience, strategic sourcing (long-term
  supplier partnering and management) preferred
• At
  least three years of management experience, leading teams in complex
  organizations
• Basic
  knowledge and understanding on general software knowledge and equipped
  with excellent IT and MS software skills;
• Excellent
  analytical Competence
• Detail-oriented,
  demonstrate accuracy in the work performed
• Strong
  analytical skills
• Goal-oriented,
  ability to prioritize and make sound business judgment
• With
  sharp market insight and good sensitivity and ability to judge risks
• Strong
  interpersonal and communication skills and ability to establish and
  maintain cooperative and harmonious working relationship within a
  multicultural work environment.
• Basic
  management knowledge and capability of managing people and team;
• Good
  presentation skills.
• To
  be positive and never give up even under hard pressure.
• Ability
  to work in a team and build up good relations with all projects stake
  holders.
• Good
  command of English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability
  to achieve monthly targets set by the project.
• Must
  be a committed and self-motivated individual and able to interact at all
  levels.
• Must
  be able to multitask skills
• Must
  be able to perform other duties as required.
• Must
  be able to interface with all levels of people
• Must
  have excellent interpersonal, (verbal) and writing skills
