NFT Consult, a leading HR Consultancy firm, seeks to recruit for it valuable client, Our client, in the FMCG sector specializes in sales and distribution of rice and other food stuffs.  NFT Human Resource Solutions are customer tailored per industry requirements and are geared towards increased cost savings, process improvement leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness yet simultaneously strengthening quality and control of resources.
Job Summary: The Sales Executive will mainly be responsible for growing the company’s whole sale marketing strategy in the respective area of operation i.e. Mbarara.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Market the company’s brand to whole sellers
  • Build and maintain a customer data base in the respective areas
  • Responsible for the daily pickup of orders from customers
  • Submit daily reports to head office on developments
  • Follow up on customer payments, deliveries & sales
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The Sales executive should hold a diploma/degree in Marketing or related course.
  • Sales and Marketing Skills
  • At least a year to two years’ experience.
  • Excellent communication skills; multi lingual with at least 3 languages i.e. English with Luganda and Runyakitara.
  • Team work; should be a team player and flexible.
  • Good technology skills; Proficient with MS Word and Power Point.
  • Planning and organizing; should be good at planning their daily route movements.
  • High self-drive, ability to work with minimum supervision.
