Key Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Oversee and monitor Sales Representatives’
    stock levels, requests and disbursements.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and
    conduct data analysis.
  • Monitor sales deposits made into the
    company account.
  • Ensure proper logistics and supplies’
    management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of
    logistics and financial operations reporting.
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor employee work
    plans.
  • Ensure effective management of Sales
    Representative’s cash sales.
  • Ensure compliance to financial policies
    and internal control systems.
  • Effective procurement and management of
    company products.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:  
  • The applicant should possess a good University
    Degree from a recognized institution.
  • At least three years’ experience in an
    Accounting related role.
  • Ability to plan, organize and coordinate.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication
    skills in English.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
  • Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency
    in Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent reporting skills.
