Job Summary: The Sales Associate will serve as the brand ambassador for an exciting international company and have the responsibility of meeting customers, explain our products and make sales.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • The Associate will be enthusiastic about our company’s products, and represent us as brand ambassadors
  • The Associate will explain and sell our products to our target customers
  • They will be responsible for the entire customer journey
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant should hold a good Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Business, Insurance or related field.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in sales
  • Customer service principles and practices
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Luganda, with ability to speak an additional local language,
  • Excellent knowledge of telephone etiquette
  • Possess the ability to seek out and approach prospective customers with enthusiasm
  • Excellent speaking and writing communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
