Job Summary: The Head Human
Resources will plan and coordinate the implementation of the Human Resource
strategies, processes and procedures that will attract, develop, motivate and
retain the required human resources to implement the Bank’s business plan while
maximizing efficiency, productivity and effectiveness.

- Direct the development and review of HR
strategies, policies and procedures and coordinates the implementation. - Steer the HR vision by providing
functional direction, coordination and advice to the business - Develop and implement policies on talent
management, recruitment, training, performance management, reward
management, employee relations and, health and safety. - Prepare manpower forecasts in line with
the Bank’s business strategy and develop and implement an appropriate
recruitment plan. - Oversee the implementation and
coordination of the Performance Management System (PMS) and process.

Experience:
Experience:
- The candidate should possess a good
University Degree preferably in Human Resource Management - Possession of a Master’s Degree or Post
graduate Diploma in HR field - Five or more years’ experience working in
a busy / commercial HR environment, 3 of which at management level - Working knowledge of manpower planning,
performance management skills, staff development skills, budgeting and
budgetary control, leadership and motivational ability, etc
