Job Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for
managing the recruitment, performance appraisal, training and development
functions of the Group.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidate should be graduates with degrees in Human Resource
Management, Organizational Psychology; Management Studies, Social
Sciences, Social Work and Social Administration and other related
disciplines. Also, hold post graduate diploma or Masters in Human Resource
Management - At
least four years’ working experience in a similar role in a large
Manufacturing Company and knowledge of existing labour laws and
attitudinal/employee engagement survey.
