About
US:
Buganda Land Board is an agency of the Kabaka of
Buganda which was entrusted with managing land belonging to Buganda Kingdom.
Key
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for estimating the
    market value of the Kingdom land, with a view to maximizing proceeds from
    its lease.
  • Involve researching and
    writing detailed reports for the Land managed by Buganda Land Board.
  • Actively participate in the
    organization of the files to be presented to the lease committee.
  • Carrying out work for
    Organization compensation assessments and appraisals as well as giving
    advice.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate should
    hold a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Land Valuation and Land
    Economics from a recognized university.
  • Possess excellent communication
    and interpersonal skills
  • Possess the ability to meet
    critical deadlines.
  • Proactive, a good knowledge
    of working with communities.
  • Confidentiality is paramount.
