Switzerland (MSF-CH) is a neutral and independent international humanitarian
organisation which assists victims of war, displaced and disabled people in
situation of armed conflicts.
Job Summary:  The Procurement Intern will render support to
the Procurement & Logistics team by improving the relationships with
different supplies, carry out inventories and purchasing for the organisation.
The incumbent will also help the procurement team to adapt to the new logistics
system.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    ideal candidate should be a graduate with a diploma or degree in
    Procurement & Supply
    Chain Management.
  • Keen
    interest in humanitarian work
  • Keen interest in Procurement and Logistics
  • Be
    entrepreneurial and open to new challenge and ideas
  • Computer
    literacy i.e. proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
  • Good
    organisational skills, independence, flexibility, initiative, ability to
    work in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment, good physical
    condition.
  • Ability
    to summarise, and to work independently, good stress management,
    resourcefulness, honesty, ability to prioritise.

Language: English mandatory, French and/or Luganda
strong assets

NB: Be ready to commit
to a placement for 6 months
