Job Summary: The Finance
and Administration Manager (FAM) will offer timely support in the delivery of
CRS mission through overall management and strategic leadership to the country
program’s operational support departments including Human Resources, Finance,
Information and Communication Technology, Supply Chain Management, Audit,
Security, and Other Administration as applicable. Compliance and Partnership
are themes. The incumbent ensures that programs are supported to effectively
meet articulated needs, manage risk, and increase efficiency. He/she will
ensure that all offices have corresponding systems in place and that applicable
CRS and donor policies are consistently applied. He/she leads and oversees activities
to strengthen the capacities of partners in these same functions. He/she will
ensure adequate stewardship of agency resources and sound financial reporting
in line with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), CRS policies and
procedures, local laws and donor requirements. The FAM is a member of the
senior management team and plays a key role in all senior management decisions
and initiatives.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidate for the CRS job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s
degree in business administration or management or related field;
preferred Master’s degree in any related field; with a bias in
Accounting/Finance - The
candidates must possess a minimum of five to seven years’ experience
working for a non-profit, development, and/or humanitarian organization,
with at least 2-3 years’ experience in a senior supervisory position.
