Job Summary: The Innovation & Commercialization Manager
will technically support the development and execution of the company’s
strategic innovation program for UBL to drive margin enhancement and brand
growth through the development and successful commercialization of key
innovation projects from concept through test market and launch.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for the development and implementation of innovation strategies to achieve
business goals - Develop
and implement “navigate” type process for all innovations - Ensure
the right commercial, marketing, Route to Market and supply solutions are
in place to support the successful launch of innovation products - Create
and drive commercial capability programs to deliver world-class
innovations - Actively
formulate and ensure implementation of market research programme to assess
innovations and future opportunities. - Work
closely with Brand teams and Supply develop a strategy for culling
brands/SKU’s that are uneconomical to the company. - Work
pro-actively and effectively in partnership with the Sales functions.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
candidate should hold a graduate level degree with senior management
experience of minimum 2-3 years in sales/marketing/innovation or new
business development at an FMCG - Strong
functional marketing, innovation and commercial experience. - Strong
RTM development experience. - Past
experience working across multiple stakeholders. - Possess
the ability to assimilate information and make strategic recommendations
in complex business. - Exceptional
influencing and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent
project management skills
