Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will be responsible for
providing professional administrative support to the Executive Director’s
office for effective and efficient planning, directing, managing and
coordination of day-to-day activities.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the aforementioned
career opportunity should hold a Degree in Mass Communication or Public
Administration with specific training in Customer Care - A minimum of five years’ experience in
similar roles at a senior office of a busy organisation. - Excellent command of both written and
spoken English - Computer literacy skills i.e. working knowledge
of MS Office packages including PowerPoint - Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills - Computer literacy i.e. Proficiency in
various Microsoft Office packages a - Fluency in both written and spoken English
and local language are crucial. - Hard working, trust-worthy, and holding
the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality. - The incumbent must be highly flexible,
reliable, and in sympathy with the Christian values of Mildmay Uganda. - Evidence of a non-judgmental approach
regarding race, religion, culture, sexuality and lifestyle is critical
