Job Summary: The Grant Finance Officer will take the lead
in assuring the quality management of local sub grants from inception to
closure. In addition to an oversight and monitoring role, the incumbent will
ensure that programming and operations staff improves their understanding of
different granting mechanisms and build their capacity to adhere to donor
regulations related to reporting, human resources, asset management, and
procurement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

as principle point of contact on grant management and compliance issues with
the local sub-grantees, LARA Finance, and WV Uganda Finance and Compliance
staff.
