• In charge of implementing the national
  sales programs by developing regional sales action plans derived from the
  national sales plan.
• Mentor and manage the assigned sales team
  to achieve the set sales target
• Actively monitor, create, and send all
  reports regarding the sale team and performance
• Routinely evaluate information related to
  sales, economic indicators, competition and market research from the
  assigned region.
• Develop programs to identify and pursue
  significant sales opportunities with key customers, agents and hotels with
  in the assigned region.
• Manage order review processes, including
  pricing adherence, product mix, supply & demand, changing trends and
  customer needs.

• The applicant should preferably hold a
  Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration – marketing option or any
  other business related discipline.
• At least two to three years’ experience in
  a similar position
• Ability to work for long hours.
• High level of flexibility in terms of
  working times and travels.
• Stress management skills
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Customer Service, Client Relationships,
  and negotiating skills
• Excellent Product Knowledge
• Ability to meet monthly targets
