Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in
Hotel/ hospitality management from recognized institution both locally and
internationally. Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality
management /or business management / administration is an added advantage; - The incumbent should be a seasoned hotel
manager with a minimum of six years’ experience in a 4 star or 5 star
establishment; - Computer literacy skills i.e. Proficient
in MS Project Management & Microsoft office applications; - Strong business acumen
- Visionary leader, excellent communicator
- Highly enthusiastic customer service
oriented servant leader - Ability to build and sustain working
relationships - Ability to deliver results through others
