Job
Summary:  The Brand Marketing Supervisor
will mainly coordinate all the brand marketing activities in the different
units.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and supervise teams to a successful
    execution of brand marketing programs such as trade fairs, end-user
    demonstrations and promotions.
  • Actively participate in the development of
    the Local and Export marketing campaigns.
  • Support in the management of the brand
    advertising budget, Media proposal assessments, contract renewals and
    reviewing monitoring agency reports
  • Routinely analyze market research
    information & competition trends
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The Brand Marketing Supervisor should hold
    a bachelor’s degree with a bias in Marketing
  • Professional qualification like CIMA is an
    added advantage
  • One to two years’ experience working with
    market research, FMCG Company and R&D
  • Excellent communication &
    collaboration skills
  • Proven marketing leadership & ability
    to influence cross-functional teams
  • High degree of Professionalism
  • Good Customer care & relationship
    skills
