Summary: The incumbent will be tasked to achieve sales targets and ensure
product availability whilst rendering cordial customer service, product
promotion and market support in the assigned sales territory. The Sales Representative
will also prepare and submit reports to show the growth of the brand but also
how they are meeting the set targets.
Skills and Experience:
The Sales Representative should hold a Degree/
Diploma in Commerce or Marketing
Past experience in a FMCG Environment will be
advantageous.
Possess a Valid Driver’s licence i.e. two years’ experience
in driving and accident free.
Ability to work independently.
Strong PC skills and analytical insights
Highly competent in terms of numeracy
Must be presentable, good communicator, motivated,
disciplined and ambitious.
Willingness to work and travel anywhere within
Uganda.
