Job Summary: The Project
Facilitator – Participatory School Governance will act as a resource in the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Finland National Office (MFA/FLNO)-funded
Participatory School Governance Project team and lead the implementation of
Social Accountability (SAC), Monitoring, Evaluation and Research (MER), and
Information, communication and Technology (ICT) approaches in the project at
district and community levels. The incumbent will work closely with the IT
manager, Program Area M&E coordinator, Project Coordinator and the Project
Facilitators to ensure the project is implemented with highest quality and
timely manner as per the project design and Plan International’s Child Centred
Community Development (CCCD) approach and documented according to the projects
and Plan International’s procedures and guidelines. The incumbent will also provide
information to the MER and ICT data base and responding to community and public
messages that may show up on the ICT platform. S/he will represent the project
in engagements with regional or district partners, allies and other stakeholders.

enhanced social accountability using community scorecards and mobile phone
technology initiatives with all stakeholders including children.

Ensure the quality and accuracy of monitoring and
evaluation aspects described in proposals and reports (definition and follow up

implementation of project evaluations and audits.

key stakeholders at village, sub county and district level to participate in
PSGC activities.
