Key Duties and Responsibilities:

In charge of seed production of composite maize,
rice, vegetable as per target by maintaining field standard (moisture, purity
and germination aspects)

Carry out routine base supervision of the contract
growers’ plot/block especially on timely sowing/ planting, maintaining land
isolation or time isolation /sowing/planting with appropriate spacing, keeping
proper drainage system.

Expeditiously follow up and ensure the roughing
especially in vegetative stage, flowering stage and ripening or before
harvesting stage.

operations like weeding, thinning, fertilizer application and provide pesticide
information after confirming the pests’ nature of damage.

Experience:

The ideal employee should preferably hold a Diploma
in Agriculture (Crop Husbandry) or any other relevant field.
