enterprise that helps motorcycle taxi drivers in Uganda own their own
motorcycles via a fair, transparent lease model instead of renting
indefinitely. Ownership significantly increases income, job security and road
safety. Tugende offers hire purchase
arrangements of new motorcycles to recommended riders.
Job
Summary:  The Security Officer will act as the main
point of contact between Tugende and its clients who have any motorcycle
security related issues.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Ensuring all security
    issues of the clients have been dealt with in a timely manner and with
    integrity
  • Providing
    support to the field team in
    conducting Collection operations
  • Implementing all safety and
    security related measures launched by the organisation
  •  

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The
    applicants for the Security
    Officer job opportunity should preferably hold a Diploma
  • The ideal candidate must

  • Ability to work flexible
    shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Good
    problem solving skills
  • Excellent
    customer service skills to
    deal sensitively with customers
  • Ability

  • Operate a motorcycle in a
    safe manner
  • Proficiency in the local
    languages will be an added advantage
