Job Summary: The E-Learning Officer will be in charge
of developing and monitoring the functionality of Baylor-Uganda’s e-learning
system for staff development. The incumbent will also develop learning
objectives and provide e-learning support services to Baylor-Uganda staff.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

an e-learning platform to provide in-house training activities across the
various units of the organization

work plans, budgets and reports for human resources information system (HRIS)
staff across all Baylor-Uganda regions

ideal candidate should be an American who holds a Degree in computer science, IT,
or library science majoring in programming or business computing

of Professional qualifications in CCNA, Microsoft MCSE 2000, MCP, MCSA, MCDBA,

Job Terms and Conditions: Fellows will be provided with housing,
health insurance and a living stipend of $550/month. Additionally, fellows will
receive an award of $1500 upon successful completion of the fellowship year.
Flights to and from the placement site and all other costs associated with GHC
programming are included, including $600 in professional development funds.
Housing will be arranged in in Kampala, an urban center and capital of Uganda.
