Job Summary: The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
will work closely with LN management to develop a monitoring and evaluation
(M&E) framework for our program in Uganda. The incumbent will recommend and
implement health outcome metrics to measure the impact of our programs, focused
on key outcomes, such as: reducing maternal, infant and child mortality;
increasing sustainability; and improving access to quality medicines. One of
LN’s strengths is M&E of current training programs and our existing tools
help drive the implementation of clinical best practices. Building on that, the

fellow will report directly to the Uganda Country Director on a weekly basis to

related field such as public health, epidemiology, international development,
economics, statistics or mathematics, business management or finance, with a
strong research and statistical analysis component
