Summary: The Livelihoods Coordinator will provide sector leadership, technical
support and advice to the Kyangwali Refugee Settlement Programme on livelihoods
strategy, programme design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation as well
as stakeholder and donor relations, in order to achieve the overall objective
of creating self-reliant refugee communities. The Livelihoods Coordinator will
mainly ensure timely achievement of activities through developing innovative
approaches that lead to self-reliance of refugee communities in a manner that
conforms to standards of performance set by AAH Uganda, and in compliance with
donor requirements and active involvement in the overall Country Office
resource mobilisation

staff in agriculture production, business entrepreneurship, natural resource

plan and budgets and execute the sector work plans.

Build and maintain linkages with the District and
Sub-county Production Departments, Bulindi ZARDI, farmer-based organisations,
the private sector and other relevant institutions to promote innovations and technology
uptake.
