with operations in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Rwanda, Burundi, Democratic
Republic of Congo and South Sudan. Movit Products Limited manufactures Skin and
Hair products.
Job Summary: The Branding Assistant will carry out all planned
brand activities in line with the set implementation guidelines.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Increase brand impression, perception &
    awareness in order to increase brand product sales;
  • Execute brand marketing activities to
    increase brand market shares;
  • Carry out and document market research on
    latest trends in changing consumer tastes and market share trends;
  • Keenly analyze, assess and evaluate
    competitors’ products, their brand issues, activities and make necessary
    brand positioning recommendations; and
  • Direct sell of Brand products to current and
    perspective customers.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
  • The ideal candidate should preferably hold a University
    degree in Marketing or a related course;
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in mass
    market sales;
  • Excellent communication and analytical
    skills;
  • Good decision making skills and proven
    leadership capability;
  • Willingness to travel within the country and
    for long hours; and
  • Excellent customer service skills.
