Job Summary: The Call Centre Supervisor will support Movit
Products Limited (MPL) through the provision of excellent services to all
customers about product information, real time resolution of customer queries
and complaints.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain call center policies,
procedures and service standards; - Manage the activities of the call center
operators on day to day basis as well as ensuring the proper functioning of
the call center; - Build and strengthen sustainable
relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with the
key customers; - Examine all relevant information to assess
validity of complaints and possible causes; - Cordially attend to inquiries promptly and
accurately; - Provide practical training and mentoring to
new staff in the unit; and - Provide customers with product information.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Movit Products Call
Centre Supervisor vacancy should hold a bachelor’s degree in a business
related field from a reputable institution. - Relevant educational certificates will be an
added advantage - A minimum of two years’ experience in call Centre work
environment is mandatory. - Good computer knowledge.
- Possess leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills (Knowledge in more language is an added advantage) - Age: Below 35 years
