• Develop and implement security plans and
  systems to secure all people on company premises and property.
• Conduct investigations into offences
  contravening the local laws prejudicial to company Policy committed by
  staff or non-staff, initiate prosecution process.
• Review investigation reports and prepare
  submissions to management with supporting recommendations concerning
  assessments and penalties.
• Conduct security risk assessment for entire
  business and design corresponding mitigation measures.
• Provide technical advice on requirements and
  specifications for strengthening existing and new building security
  systems.
• Supervise all the hired security personnel to
  ensure compliance with all security procedures in place and maintain a
  high standard of physical security.
• Manage the performance and development of
  line staff

• The applicant should preferably hold a
  Bachelor’s degree in social science or any other associated discipline
  from a recognized university
• Additional training in Security services
  provision and investigations is a must.
• At least four years’ experience in Security
  Services management.
• Advanced analytical, organization, and
  interpersonal skills
• Broad knowledge and understanding of Ugandan
  penal code is added advantage
