Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of interviewing clients, recording
statements and registering cases; - Responsible for delivering correspondences,
reports, mails and Commission summons; - Producing oral public complaints in writing;
- Translating public complaints into English;
- In charge of registering and ensuring that
public complaints are properly filed; - Work closely with the Registry to track down
and retrieve files whenever required; - Perform any other duties as may be assigned
from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Legal Officer (Planning, Research and
Inspectorate) should be a Ugandan who holds a Diploma in Law from the Law
Development Centre. - Additional training in computer operations
including packages in data entry and word processing will be an added
advantage. - Age: Above 23 years
