Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • The incumbent will ensure scheduled premises
    fixed plant and equipment maintenance is done regularly and effectively
  • The incumbent will also manage the Property
    Helpdesk
  • In charge of vehicle fleet management
  • Keenly inspect the premises and report any
    damages and electrical faults within the building to relevant authorities
    for action
  • Regularly respond to staff complaints in
    respect to facilities management.
  • Allocate works and jobs to various
    technicians
  • Coordinate building maintenance works
  • Ensure that all safety equipment is
    functional at any given time
  • Manage the Global Facilities Management (GFM)
    System
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant for the Facilities Management
    Help Desk Officer job placement should hold a Bachelor’s degree from a
    recognized University
  • At least three years’ experience in property
    management in a commercial environment preferably in the banking industry
  • Excellent supervisory skills
  • Good computer and communication skills
