Job Summary: The Administrator will provide administrative and
human resource support to the Field Operations team and maintain day-to-day
administrative and logistical support for the smooth functioning of Field
Operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Field
Ops HR issues, escalate issues to HR HQ Assist in the recruitment of FOs
& onboarding - Keenly monitor and track leave of field team
- Provide HR support to field team
(disciplinary process explanation, leave explanation, guidance on
application of HR manual etc) - Responsible for data entry of KPIs– Collect,
organize and enter data to record KPI and targets for the field team on
regular period - Manage printing and distribution of training
materials and tools - In charge of the submission and follow up of
payment and procurement requests - Process solar warranty and funeral insurance
claims forms
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in a
related field. Possession of a Degree in Business Administration, human
resource, social science, or related field is an added advantage. - The applicants should be exceptional
individuals with a demonstrated long-term passion for development work. - The ideal candidates should preferably have
experience in administration management, human resource processes
etc. Candidates with a background
in human resources preferred. - Strong leadership skills – we are looking for
candidates with demonstrated leadership experience at work, or outside
work. Examples of demonstrated leadership experience include managing a
team or starting a business. - Good computer skills – proficiency with
Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Attitude:
Humility. We are looking for passionate professionals who combine
strong leadership skills with good humor, patience, and a humble approach
to service to join our growing family of leaders. - Rural Fit: A willingness to commit to living in
rural areas of Uganda for at least two years. Other Intermediate or better
typing speed. - Language – English required.
- Knowledge of Luganda, Lusoga or other Ugandan
languages strongly preferred. Ugandan national
