Job Summary: The Diageo Regional Distributor Manager will manage all distributors,
their performance and KPI’s to ensure that they are set up to support delivery
of their sales targets. Identify new RTM opportunities and develop
implementation plans to derive market penetration and share.

- Ensure optimal route to
market to deliver improved distribution and market share gains Transform
distributor management capability through developing and implementing
relevant Distributor management programs (P4G) - Develop and maintain an
efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of
company products and services across the region to achieve or exceed sales
targets - Develop and propose clear
actions and plans for improvement and growth - Rigorously and
intuitively monitor and evaluate distributors and their performance - Have a thorough
understanding of distributor requirements and operational standards and
enforce their implementation across the region - Develop and implement
distributor management programs plan for all distributors to enhance
overall distributor capability, efficiency and effectiveness - Ensure adherence with
safety requirements at the work environment
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a
good commercial degree / business qualification - At least five years’
cross functional commercial experience including route to market - Past experience and exposure
across different channels and levels of customer sophistication - Success in highly
demanding sales organization - Good negotiation and influencing
skills - Performance management
and people development skills - Strategic thinking
