• In charge of looking for Business including
  meeting and liaising with clients to negotiate and agree on research
  projects
• Responsible for market research proposal
  writing
• Instrument development quantitative
  questionnaires and quantitative discussion guides
• Carry out qualitative and quantitative
  research including moderating focus groups and undertaking ethnographic
  research
• In charge of project management
• Analyzing, interpreting data and writing
  qualitative and quantitative reports

• The applicant should hold a Degree in
  Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or in Business Administration
• A minimum of three years’ experience in
  managing research projects from start to closure
• Previous experience in market research
  proposal writing
• Prior exposure and experience in project
  management and report writing skills.
• Previous experience in carrying out
  qualitative and quantitative Research
• Previous experience in developing
  quantitative questioners and qualitative discussion guides
• Computer literacy i.e. knowledge of MS
  Applications (Office, Excel, Word, PPT)
• Knowledge of use of quantitative data tools
• Knowledge of business development
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong
  written and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
