Service Officer will provide a customer- oriented service officer to as a
liaison and provide product information about our client’s product. The incumbent
will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction

- Effectively
manage large amounts of incoming calls - Generate
sales leads - Identify
and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction - Build
sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive
communication - Provide
accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Meet
personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas - Handle
complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
limits and follow up to ensure resolution - Keep
records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file
documents - Follow
communication procedures, guidelines and policies - Take
the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant should have two years’ experience in Customer Service related
positions. - Experience in door-to-door selling for a
reputable SME company with targets - Handled customer sales. Similar to position
on offer for a
reputable SME company - Exhibit confidence to talk to customers face to face or on
telephone - The applicant should have experience in a
bust customer-service desk for a reputable company, receiving calls and
solving problems - Computer knowledge to prepare the Route Plan
Schedule for the daily
truck delivery orders
