Job
Summary:
The Customer
Service Officer will provide a customer- oriented service officer to as a
liaison and provide product information about our client’s product. The incumbent
will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
Key
Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Effectively
    manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Generate
    sales leads
  • Identify
    and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build
    sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive
    communication
  • Provide
    accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet
    personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle
    complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
    limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep
    records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file
    documents
  • Follow
    communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take
    the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:  
  • The
    applicant should have two years’ experience in Customer Service related
    positions.
  • Experience in door-to-door selling for a
    reputable SME company with targets
  • Handled customer sales. Similar to position
    on offer for
    a
    reputable SME company
  • Exhibit confidence  to talk to customers face to face or on
    telephone
  • The applicant should have experience in a
    bust customer-service desk for a reputable company, receiving calls and
    solving problems
  • Computer knowledge to prepare the Route Plan
    Schedule for the
    daily
    truck delivery orders
