Job Summary: The EFSVL Coordinator
provides technical support and quality control in emergency food security and
vulnerable livelihood interventions, including needs assessments, design,
implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Oxfam EFSVL projects in
Yumbe, Arua and Adjumani Districts. The incumbent
impacts directly on programme quality through technical support to food
security and livelihoods staff and partners in this response, developing and
implementing capacity building initiatives.
