Carry out Skills Gap Analysis exercise with an
aim of identifying the capability gap in the business
Drive business functions in the collection and
review of training needs assessment details
Develop and monitor the country training budget
Design various curriculum and training
initiatives aimed at bridging the defined skill gap in the business
Deploy the training initiatives so as to reduce
the skill gap identified
Partner with credible service providers to
deploy training activities
Define and measure the Return on Investment
(ROI) on deployed training initiatives
Experience:
The applicant must hold a relevant undergraduate
degree from a recognized university
Certified Training qualifications &
demonstrated skill in curriculum and training deployment
At least four years’ experience as a trainer in
a mid-level organization.

semi-independently)

An ability to see the bigger picture (conceptual

Understand learning methodologies and how to

Ability to articulate and convey concepts
