developing a modern communications sub-sector and Infrastructure in Uganda, in
conformity with the operationalization of the Telecommunications Policy.
Officer, Risk Management will actively monitor and manage risks with the
Commission’s assets according to the requirements ethical standards in the
Commission.
Experience:
The ideal candidate for the Uganda
Communications Commission (UCC) Senior Officer, Risk Management job placement
should hold a Master’s Degree in
Business Administration, Finance or related field.
Possession
of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related field; and,
Professional
certification in either Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public
Accountant (CPA) ACCA , or CPAU & CPAK, CISA, CIRM or CRISK certification
At least four years’ experience in conducting
audit work in a similar corporate setting.

implementation, Quality assurance, Investigation skills, Financial Management
skills, Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, highly analytical and high
degree of integrity
