Job Summary: The Compliance
Officer will manage the contractual and financial compliance of the Sub
Recipients, set up compliance monitoring systems in the organization, and to
ensure timely meeting of donor contractual and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold an Honors
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Auditing from a recognized University
plus second level/ stage of Professional qualifications in Accounting or
auditing from a recognized Institution. - At least three years of Grant management
and Compliance experience in a reputable organization - English Language proficiency
- Previous exposure and experience of
managing grants/contracts from institutional donors such as CDC, USAID,
The Global Fund, UN with ability to provide clear guidance on donor
policies and procedures to staff and partners - Experience of setting up and managing
donor compliance monitoring systems, developing and implementing relevant
tools - Previous experience of working in a
diverse team and distance support - Strong financial skills encompassing
budgeting, income tracking, budget monitoring and financial reporting - Knowledge of donor accountability
requirements - Willingness to travel up to 70% of the
time
