Cap 345 to resolve taxation disputes between taxpayers and the Uganda Revenue
Authority (URA).
will manage the financial affairs and ensure proper financial accountability of
the resources of the tribunal.
Responsibilities:
- Requisition and accountability for funds
- In charge of the preparation of the
tribunals accounts - Tasked with budget preparation
- In charge of monitoring acquisition,
distribution, storage and accountability for tribunal property - Ensuring maintenance of up-to-date
inventory of the tribunal properties - Perform any other duties as may from time
be assigned by the Registrar
Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a
University degree - CPA and ACCA professional qualifications
- Membership of ICPAU
- One year of experience in an accounting
function - Knowledge of Government accounting
procedures and practices is an added advantage - Age: Between 30 and 50 years
with copies of certificates of academic qualifications, curriculum vitae, names
and addresses of two referees and day time telephone contacts to: Registrar,
Tax Appeals Tribunal, 8th Floor NIC Building, Pilkington Road, P.O. Box 7019,
