Job Summary: The Human
Resources Coordinator will manage Human Resources to adequately recruit, manage
and care for all Revelation Life staff and volunteers (both national and
non-national), enabling them to grow and be fruitful in their work. The
incumbent will also update and maintain all Revelation Life policies and
procedures working with Heads of Department

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and manage staff
recruitment and selection procedures - Oversee all inductions for new staff, developing
and maintaining up to date information - Oversee all de-briefs for staff who are
due to leave the charity - Facilitate de-briefs and crisis care where
relevant - Work with Heads of Department to develop,
promote and maintain policies on such things as staff guidelines, health
and safety, discipline, child protection/safeguarding, member care,
confidentiality, complaints etc, ensuring that all policies are within
current legal requirements - Co-ordinate and maintain staff accident
book and contact directory - Write and regularly update all staff
contracts and job descriptions according to appropriate legal requirements - Manage and record all staff annual leave
and sickness allowance - Facilitate the ongoing implementation of
‘personal development plans’ to measure staff performance and growth - Facilitate the ongoing implementation of
weekly ‘team training’, planning the schedule and co-ordinating with
relevant teachers - Work alongside the finance and legal team
to ensure that all staff visas are correct and up to date, providing visa
application/reference letters where needed - Set future vision, strategy and objectives
for Human Resources - Manage and facilitate all staff training,
working with relevant Heads of Departments - Involvement in staff discipline, disputes
and dealing with conflict - Involvement in staff issues such as burn
out, responding to trauma and grief, reactive depression etc, referring
onto relevant professionals where necessary - Respond to all enquiries about the charity
through email - Communicate relevant decisions and
announcements to the wider team - Work within a set budget, being
accountable to the Head of Department for all expenditure - Oversee all visitors to Revelation Life,
providing up to date information and arranging all practical details - Regularly report to the Head of
Administration
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should possess a
qualification in human resource management or a related field - Good skills and gifting in organisation and
administration - Excellent inter-personal skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Skills in teaching, listening, counselling
and prayer ministry - Experience and proficiency in using office
computer systems such as email, spreadsheets and word - Ability to deal with difficult and sensitive
situations - Some experience/training in mediation and
managing conflict - A high level of integrity and maturity
- A strong, active relationship with the
Lord which affects your everyday life - A clear passion for God’s people and for
those who are in need - A passion for administration and the
Revelation Life staff team - As a member of the Revelation Life team,
