Rwanda, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo and South Sudan. Movit Products
Limited manufactures Skin and Hair products.
Job Summary: The Brand
Manager will be charged with creating a lasting impression among consumers and
improving Brand Sales and Market share.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • Steer the development and execution of
    business and strategic plans to meet future needs and expectations for the
    brand;
  • Take lead of the cross-functional teams
    that include Salon, graphic designers, experiential to develop and manage
    brand objectives, goals and strategies;
  • Ensure the set marketing plan& mix for
    the brand is followed;
  • Regularly monitor brand sales performance
    market;
  • Measure and report performance of all
    marketing campaigns, and assessment against set brand goals (ROI and KPIs)
    and change tactical brand plans;
  • Lead, motivate and supervise the
    activities of the brand team;
  • Manage the brand marketing budget;
  • Partner with advertising agencies to set
    communication strategies and develop advertising platforms/executions that
    maximize business results;
  • Lead the commercialization and in-market
    execution of product launches; and
  • Partner with the in-house creative’s
    design innovation team to ensure proper insights, ideation, positioning.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
  • The ideal candidates for the Movit
    Products Limited (MPL) Brand Manager jobs should hold Bachelor’s degrees
    in a business related course with a post graduate qualification preferably
    a Masters in Marketing/CIM
  • Driven by results and good leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to develop brand
    & marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
    skills
  • Professionalism, Customer care &
    Relationship
  • Demonstrate sound work ethics and a proven
    track record of integrity
  • Excellent product knowledge
  • Professionalism and courteous at all times
