Cards Performance (Fresher Oil Industry Jobs)

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:

·        
Ensure
all HSEQ rules and working instructions are followed.

·        
Develop
and monitor key performance indicators for TOTAL card application health.

·        
Produce
monthly and quarterly reports and insights into the performance of the card
network.

·        
Guide
and drive improvement initiatives for the system (Business, Controls and
Accessibility).

·        
Detect
anomalies, optimize and ensure smooth running of the cards network.

·        
In
liaison with the relevant departments, develop, ensure institution and update
of Procedures governing the operation of various tools.

·        
Oversee
and supervise implementation of the support infrastructure needed for the
digital tools e.g. Forecourt Controllers’ roll out within the retail network.

·        
Troubleshoot
and run fixes and ensure optimal operation of the implemented infrastructure.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·        
The
ideal candidate for the TOTAL Business Solutions Officer – Cards Performance
job placement must hold a Bachelors Degree in IT, Business Applications or
related field.

·        
At least
two years of post qualifying experience.

·        
Practical
experience working with/developing and deploying IT based Business Applications
and Performance analysis.
