Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • Align the B2B approach with the Company’s
    overall strategy Drive the Total Card and Bulk Sales Business in Uganda
  • Lead and manage the B2B sales team
  • The incumbent will manage the relationship
    between TOTAL and its B2B clients’ to ensure that commitments made are
    delivered upon
  • Manage tenders and take the lead on
    prospection and acquisition of new clients across all market segments
  • Regularly monitor the cost and pricing of
    product to B2B clients to ensure revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement B2B Marketing and
    Communication activities in accordance with the business plan.
  • Implement and maintain corporate health,
    safety, environment, quality standards and programs in all the B2B
    activities.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
  • The applicants for the TOTAL Business-To-Business
    Manager career placement should hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics,
    Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration and Engineering
  • At least five years of either industrial
    or demanding Sales experience, three of which as a manager leading a sales
    team.
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of the
    market segments in Uganda i.e. Oil & Gas, Agriculture, Transport among
    others Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with a proven
    track record of managing a diverse sales force Must possess good
    conceptual, analytical and decision making skills
