• The ideal candidate for the Mildmay
  Nutrition Coordinator job opportunity must hold a Bachelor’s degree in
  Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Food science or closely related discipline
• Possession of a Master’s degree in
  Nutrition or Public Health is desirable
• Additional training in Palliative care,
  eMTCT, IYCF & IMAM is an added advantage
• At least five years’ experience in the
  field of nutrition, three of which must have been at middle management,
  with in-depth technical knowledge of implementing nutrition programs for
  Health Systems Strengthening
• Working knowledge of national nutritional
  care and support guidelines/protocols
• Demonstrable subject matter expertise in
  Nutrition management
• Working knowledge of English and other
  local languages
• Previous exposure and experience in
  HIV/AIDS care and support
• Previous exposure and experience in adult
  education and training
• Excellent communication (oral and written)
  skills,
• Good teaching/presentation skills;
• Highly analytical and good decision making
  skills;
• Good problem solving skills;
• Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency
  in various MS office packages.
• Show commitment to quality and excellence,
  and holding the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.
• Highly flexible and reliable
• Evidence of a non-judgemental approach
  regarding race, religion, culture, sexuality and lifestyle is critical.
