Job Summary: The Regional
Administrator will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of policies
& procedures for operational management for the Rwenzori region

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- The Regional Administrator monitor the
implementation of guidelines for office management - Tasked with the maintenance of accurate
records of all assets and inventories - Keenly review and monitor the
implementation of Proper fleet management procedures and Utilization of
the Organization Motor Vehicles & Cycles - Periodically conduct stores and assets
auditing to review the reliability and integrity of stock and assets
management information & activities and make appropriate
recommendations, - The Regional Administrator will receive,
review and cross check all bills for telephone, security, cleaning, and
staff break tea with supporting documents to establish their completeness
and accuracy - The jobholder will develop the
consolidated operational regional procurement plan and carry out micro
procurement - The incumbent will also develop and
maintain a competent & motivated “administration team in each cluster”
through implementing HR support activities - Prepare monthly administrative related
reports.

Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Regional
Administrator job opportunity must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration or related course oriented towards Business Management. - Possession of a postgraduate Diploma in
Project Management will be an added advantage - A minimum of five years’ experience in Administration, Logistics Management
& Procurement in Health sub-sector projects - Knowledge of the local language will be an
added advantage - Good team and communication skills (both
oral and written) and - Strong management and analytical skills.
- Good team player
- Good networking and partnership skills
- Excellent oral and written communication

- Highly persuasive and convincing
- Self-motivated and able to demonstrate
high initiative.
