About TUP Project:
The TUP (Targeting the Ultra Poor) programme is to assist the ultra
poor to improve their livelihoods and bring about positive changes in achieving
economic, social and inspirational changes, and assist them to access
mainstream development services. Consequently, the TUP programme has been
implemented as a part of BRAC’s holistic development approach geared toward
inclusion and to work towards achieving the sustainable development goals
(SDGs)..

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Offer technical support and guidance to
the field teams on livelihoods value chain integration. - Support development of training modules
for selected animals, crops and local trades. - Mentor and train project staff on selected
animal husbandry, housing, management, feeds and feeding and economics
farming - The jobholder will also network with
institutions, government extension workers on project technical maters - Visiting target youth enterprises to
monitor progress and link them to available market opportunities. - Monitor and report on project activities
and ensure compliance with plan and BRAC standards
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s
degree in animal production and management, veterinary or crop science.
Diploma holders with strong matching experience may be considered. - A minimum of three years’ experience in
agribusiness approaches from a reputable organization - Additional training and facilitation
skills. - Ability to plan and deliver results
- Good computer skills (MS office
proficiency), Report writing and analytical skills - Ability to work independently with minimal
supervision in a team setting
